Terms of Use

By accessing or using Vanturis (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Vanturis.

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Platform. Vanturis may verify your identity and eligibility at any time.

Vanturis is a technology, advertising, information, and marketplace-support platform. Vanturis is not automatically the owner, seller, dealer, broker, lender, auctioneer, inspector, or guarantor of any coach or asset listed on the Platform. Transactions occur directly between listing parties and prospective buyers.

You may use the Platform to browse listings, submit inquiries, request concierge coordination, and (for authorized users) publish listings. You must not use the Platform for scraping, unauthorized commercial exploitation, price manipulation, harassment, or any unlawful purpose.

Listing information is provided by listing parties or authorized sources. Specifications, condition, mileage, hours, ownership, title, liens, availability, and price require independent verification. Vanturis may edit, remove, pause, or re-classify a listing at its discretion.

You agree not to: (a) misrepresent your identity or credentials; (b) publish or transmit unlawful, misleading, or infringing content; (c) interfere with the Platform's operation or security; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account or non-public area; (e) use automated systems to access the Platform without written permission.

The Platform, including its editorial content, brand marks, imagery, code, and design system, is owned by Vanturis or its licensors. Vanturis Verified™, Vanturis Certified™, Vanturis Passport™, Vanturis Score™, Vanturis Value™, and Vanturis Concierge™ are trademarks of Vanturis. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Platform content without permission.

Transactions, inspections, financing, insurance, transport, and other services referenced through the Platform are provided by independent parties. Vanturis is not a party to those agreements and does not warrant the performance or completeness of any third-party service.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Vanturis disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Vanturis does not warrant that listings, information, or Platform features will be uninterrupted, timely, error-free, or perfectly accurate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vanturis shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, goodwill, or data, arising from your use of the Platform. In no event shall Vanturis's aggregate liability exceed the greater of the fees you paid to Vanturis in the preceding twelve months or one hundred U.S. dollars.

You agree to indemnify and hold Vanturis harmless from any claim, demand, loss, or expense arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Platform, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

Vanturis may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that Vanturis believes violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or exposes Vanturis to legal risk.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Tennessee, and you consent to their exclusive jurisdiction.

Vanturis may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
