Vanturis is a marketplace, advertising, information, and technology platform. Vanturis is not, merely by publishing a listing, the seller, dealer, broker, auctioneer, inspector, appraiser, lender, insurer, escrow agent, title company, transporter, or guarantor of any asset or transaction.

Listings are offered by third-party owners, dealers, representatives, or partners unless a listing expressly states otherwise. Transactions occur directly between the parties.

Vanturis generally does not take title to third-party listed assets and does not transfer ownership of them, unless a specific listing expressly states otherwise.

Listing information — including descriptions, specifications, media, and pricing — may be supplied by sellers, dealers, partners, prior owners, or other sources.

Vanturis does not guarantee that any listing information is accurate, current, or complete. Curation, presentation, or editorial review does not, by itself, verify any fact unless a fact is expressly identified as verified.

The seller or dealer remains responsible for making required disclosures and for the accuracy of the information they provide.

You must independently verify all matters material to your decision. This includes, without limitation, the items in Sections 8–26 below. Where an item does not apply to a particular asset class (for example, "converter" applies to coaches), verify the equivalent particulars for that asset.

Photography and video are illustrative and may differ from the actual asset due to lighting, lenses, displays, editing, cropping, compression, or color processing. Images are not a substitute for physical inspection. Media may not depict every defect, and you should not rely on media in place of an inspection.

Vanturis Verified confirms specified identity, ownership, or authorization information to a defined scope and point in time. It is not a condition, title, lien, value, compliance, or transaction guarantee.

Where used, "Approved" is an editorial or curation designation, not a warranty of condition, title, value, or outcome.

Certification is limited by inspection scope and date, may exclude inaccessible components and latent defects, and is not a warranty or a guarantee of future condition.

Passport is an asset-history information system built from multiple sources. It is not a certificate of title, title insurance, DMV record, ownership guarantee, or a complete accident- or service-history guarantee, and it does not guarantee that every event has been reported.

Vanturis Score is informational and comparative only — not an appraisal, condition guarantee, investment advice, or future-value guarantee.

Vanturis Value is a market estimate or range only — not a certified appraisal (unless expressly designated), a guaranteed sale price, or a financing, tax, or insurance valuation.

Where offered, Vanturis Protect is a coordination and event-record product — not escrow, title insurance, insurance, a closing service, or a guarantee of transaction completion or party performance.

Asking prices are set by listing parties and are not an appraisal or a guarantee of value.

Submitting an inquiry or offer does not guarantee that a seller will respond or accept.

Listings may sell, be withdrawn, expire, change price, or otherwise become unavailable before the Platform is updated. Availability shown is not guaranteed.

Vanturis does not provide a vehicle, aircraft, or vessel warranty merely because an asset is listed. This Disclaimer does not override any warranty that a seller or dealer actually provides in writing for a specific asset.

Dealer sellers remain independently responsible for the licensing, disclosures, buyer documentation, warranty documentation, and consumer-protection obligations that apply to their transactions.

Nothing in this Disclaimer removes or limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived under applicable consumer-protection law.

Buyers are responsible for determining and satisfying the taxes, registration, and licensing requirements applicable to a transaction.

Vanturis does not guarantee financing approval or terms. Financing is provided by independent lenders under their own terms.

Vanturis does not guarantee insurability or coverage. Insurance is provided by independent carriers under their own terms.

Transportation is provided by independent carriers. Risk, scheduling, and contractual terms must be established directly with the provider.

Vanturis does not receive or hold asset-purchase funds and does not act as escrow for a purchase. Any payments you make to Vanturis are for Platform services and fees only. Purchase funds and any escrow, title, or closing charges are handled directly between the parties and their independent providers. Confirm all payment and wiring instructions independently and verbally before sending funds, and treat any change in instructions as suspicious. Vanturis is not responsible for funds voluntarily sent to a fraudulent or incorrect account, except to the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

Buyers and sellers should use appropriate written purchase documentation and engage qualified legal and title professionals for high-value transactions.

Do not rely on oral statements. Material representations should be placed in the written transaction documents between the parties.

A luxury motorcoach, entertainer coach, specialty vehicle, trailer, aircraft, or vessel can involve significant purchase, repair, maintenance, tax, regulatory, insurance, and operating costs. Buyers must perform appropriate due diligence, including professional inspection and financial and legal review.

Aircraft opportunities are presented through sellers and specialists. Vanturis does not guarantee FAA registration, airworthiness, logbook completeness, maintenance status, liens, title, condition, or regulatory compliance. Engage qualified aviation professionals.

Vessel opportunities are presented through sellers and specialists. Vanturis does not guarantee title or documentation, registry, liens, condition, survey results, seaworthiness, maintenance, or regulatory compliance. Engage qualified marine professionals.

Where auctions are offered, auction-specific rules govern and control over general listing information in the event of a conflict. Bid eligibility, reserve status, buyer premiums, seller fees, closing, payment, and default are governed by those rules. The binding effect of a bid is subject to the applicable auction rules.

Partners and third-party providers referenced or introduced through the Platform are independent and are responsible for their own services under their own terms.

Some placements or introductions may involve advertising, sponsorship, or referral relationships, and Vanturis may receive compensation as described in our Terms of Use. Where applicable, such relationships are disclosed. This does not change your obligation to conduct independent diligence.

For sellers, Vanturis does not guarantee a buyer, a price, a timeframe, a number of inquiries, exposure, or any transaction result.

Nothing on the Platform is investment advice, and Vanturis does not guarantee the future value of any asset.
