Independent Verification
All information — including but not limited to specifications, year, chassis and coach designation, converter details, equipment lists, mechanical condition, mileage, engine and generator hours, ownership history, title status, liens, certifications, permits, warranties, service records, availability, and price — should be independently verified by you or a qualified professional before you take any action. Vanturis encourages buyers to conduct a pre-purchase inspection and appropriate due diligence.
Vanturis's Role
Vanturis provides technology, advertising, information, and marketplace-support services. Vanturis is not automatically:
- the owner or seller of any coach or asset listed;
- a dealer, broker, or agent of any listing party;
- an auctioneer or auction platform for any listing;
- an inspector, appraiser, or certifying party;
- a lender, financing partner, or insurance carrier;
- a guarantor of any statement, price, or transaction outcome.
Transaction Terms
Terms of any transaction remain solely between the applicable parties. Vanturis is not a party to your negotiations, payment, delivery, or post-sale arrangements, and Vanturis does not warrant the performance, honesty, or completeness of any listing party, buyer, or third-party service provider introduced through the Platform.
Availability
Listings may be modified, paused, or withdrawn at any time without notice. A listing that appears on the Platform is not a binding offer to sell and does not create a contract of any kind between Vanturis, a listing party, and a prospective buyer.
Vanturis Trust Products
Vanturis Verified™, Vanturis Certified™, Vanturis Passport™, Vanturis Score™, Vanturis Value™, and Vanturis Concierge™ are structured programs that supplement — but do not replace — independent verification. Each trust product carries its own criteria, scope, and limitations, which are described in the Vanturis Trust and Vanturis Standards materials.
