Privacy Policy

Last updated January 2026.

1. Scope of This Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Vanturis ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and shares information in connection with your use of the Vanturis Platform. By using the Platform you agree to the practices described here. We do not claim that any online service is perfectly anonymous or absolutely secure.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide. When you submit an early access request or a public listing inquiry, we collect the name, email address, optional phone number, and message you supply, along with a timestamp of your submission.

Technical information. Our servers receive IP address, user-agent string, and standard log information for every request. IP addresses submitted via the public inquiry form are stored in salted, hashed form only; we do not retain the raw IP.

Cookies. The Platform uses cookies to maintain authenticated sessions for internal team members and authorized preview users. Cookies for authenticated sessions are marked HttpOnly and Secure.

3. Analytics — Google Analytics 4

The Platform uses Google Analytics 4 (measurement identifier G-Y918ETWKLZ) to understand aggregate usage of public pages. Our GA4 configuration is privacy-hardened: IP anonymization is enabled, Google Signals is disabled, advertising-personalization signals are disabled, remarketing is disabled, cross-domain tracking is disabled, and user-ID tracking is disabled.

Analytics is used strictly for measurement and performance purposes — understanding which pages are viewed and how the Platform is used at an aggregate level. GA4 is disabled for internal admin routes (`/admin`) and the internal sign-in route (`/internal-access`).

We do not intentionally transmit inquiry-form values (name, email, phone, message) or listing-party identifiers to GA4. Our client-side analytics wrapper accepts only whitelisted event names and sanitized page paths; form values are never passed to it.

4. How We Use Information

We use information you provide to: (a) respond to your inquiry or early-access request; (b) coordinate concierge follow-up; (c) improve the Platform; (d) comply with legal obligations; and (e) protect the Platform from abuse.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with: (a) service providers who process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations; (b) authorized listing parties when you specifically request contact via an inquiry; (c) law enforcement or regulators when legally required; and (d) potential buyers or successors in the event of a business transfer.

6. Service Providers

Vanturis engages service providers to host the Platform, deliver email, process analytics, and provide operational support. These providers process data on our behalf and are bound by confidentiality and data-protection commitments.

7. Retention

We retain inquiry and early-access records for as long as necessary to fulfill our operational, legal, tax, and accounting obligations. Rate-limiting data expires automatically after approximately 25 hours. Aggregate analytics data is retained for the default GA4 retention period.

8. Security

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we process, including encryption in transit, HttpOnly session cookies, hashed IP storage for public inquiries, and least-privilege role-based access controls. No online service can guarantee perfect security; you use the Platform at your own risk.

9. Your Choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you have submitted by emailing info@vanturis.com. You may also opt out of analytics collection by using your browser's Do Not Track setting or a Google Analytics opt-out browser extension.

10. Children's Privacy

The Platform is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us so we can delete it.

11. United States Processing

The Platform is operated in the United States. If you access the Platform from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, which may have data-protection laws different from those in your jurisdiction.

12. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
